The Combilift company was started by two great engineers, Robert Moffett and Martin McVicar. Between them, they had over four decades of engineering experience when they established the company during the year 1998 in Monaghan, Ireland. In just more than ten years, Combilift became a leader within the long handling market all around the globe, providing machinery to over 50 markets worldwide.
